We provided a loan to Mr A to assist with the purchase of a public house which had ceased trading, but did have the benefit of a large car park and an Astro Tuf football pitch that gave him a serious amount of land which he hoped to develop into houses, we obtained an appraisal/valuation report which valued the site at £600,000. The borrower was able to provide part of the funding from his own resources, and the residue was loaned to him by Supreme Finance UK.
