will usually allow Bridging Loans
of up to 70% of the value of Residential
properties and 65% on any commercial
property - less any existing mortgage.
But this will usually depend on
the lender so you should shop
around for better deals.
You
can usually borrow between £25,000
to £5Million as standard.
Larger Bridging Loan are possible
but usually take slightly longer
to arrange.
