Xenon Projects which is a Northwest based Company approached Supreme Finance Ltd when they needed bridging finance for the purchase of Carrhill Mill.

The mill was purchased for £1.8 million and Supreme Finance provided £1.2 million. This project has now been submitted to the planning department for development of 108 apartments, medical centre, convenience store and gymnasium.

Planning has been granted and Supreme Finance Ltd are looking to provide further development funding for £4.6 million for completion
